Stay Active. In addition to healthy diet, exercising or at least keeping yourself active will allow you to keep off that excess weight. Again, it falls down to motivation. Finding ways on how to do things that will require the use of your body will help a lot in keeping those extra pounds off.
Motivation is the key to reaching your goals. It is not something that you will stop at once you reach your goal. Keeping yourself motivated is a life long journey.
