Your Water Intake And Weight Loss

One of the most important things to achieve your goal when it comes to losing weight is your intake of water. How much water do you drink a day?
A lot of people I have talked to during my years in the health and fitness lifestyle reports that he water makes them look bad and even increase their bodyweight. They say that the water makes them look soft and for that reason they go back to a reduced intake of water. I know this can happen if the increase of water is not big enough, the problem is that many do not manage to drink enough water.
The amount of water you should drink each and every day to get an effect in your weight loss should be very big, or maybe I should call it huge. The daily amount have to be a gallon (4 litres) or more to get the wanted effect from the water.
By drinking enough water the effect will be quite different than if you only manage to drink 3 litres a day cause as I mentioned before it will only make you soft and the body will store a lot of water. This will in many cases also lead to increased bodyweight too.
There are two important things to remember when you use this method. The first thing is that if you use creatine when you do this it will increase your weight because most creatine will make your body keep more water. The other thing is the intake of salt needs to be reduced, cause it will also have the effect that it stores water in your body.
A big problem for many people is to drink the required amount of water daily. What they tell me is that can not make it. I will now tell you what I tell them, and most of them reports back that they finally made it.
Start out by monitoring the water intake and make an easy system to follow. Easy is always better. Make sure you always have water available. Drink 0,3 litres every hour when you are awake. If you implement this into your daily routines it will be a lot easier to do it. If needed, use an alarm clock to remind yourself it is time to drink my water.
After 3-4 days you will see and feel the effect of what the water is doing with your body and the routine will get automated. Remember to reduce the intake of salt, that is very vital to get the desired results.
