Absolutely, drinking water is one way to keep every organ doind well... In fact, we are +70% water...

And without getting to deep on the subjct, there is something I would like to add.. Is not only the amount of water you drink, but the quality of it..

In the other hand, I've realized most people doesn't drink plain water...

Make the test, ask 10 people how many glasses of PLAIN water do they drink a day... I was shocked :/
