Juicing is a tool that you can use in your daily diet and this is all there is to it. It is even possible that, when you use good ingredients, juicing can help raise your metabolic rate. But that is mostly a side effect; you shouldn't make it your primary goal. Your primary goal should be to eat healthy foods and to take proper care of yourself.

If you decide to juice you will increase your level of efficiency and flexibility when it comes to the most important nutrients you can ingest through fruits and vegetables. It is also possible to fix a juice to target and centre on a specific benefit that you need the most in that moment. Some people juice to give themselves a quick burst of energy.
